Manuka Honey Glazed Salmon with Lemon-Honey Drizzle

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tbsp Streamland Manuka Honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp Streamland Multifloral Manuka Honey MGO50+ lemon flavored
  • Lemon wedges (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix Manuka Honey, soy sauce, olive oil, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the honey mixture over the salmon.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
  6. Drizzle with Lemon MGO50+ Honey before serving. Garnish with lemon wedges.
