Creamy Passionfruit Honey Panna Cotta with Whipped Top

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup Streamland Multifloral Mānuka Honey MGO50+ Passionfruit flavored
  • 2 tsp gelatin powder
  • 3 tbsp cold water
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Cocoa powder or cinnamon (for dusting)
  • Ladyfinger biscuits (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  2. In a saucepan, gently heat the cream and milk over medium heat until warm (do not boil).
  3. Stir in the passionfruit Mānuka honey until fully dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat. Add the bloomed gelatin and stir until completely melted and incorporated.
  5. Pour mixture into serving glasses or molds. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Before serving, top with a dollop of whipped cream, a light dusting of cocoa powder or cinnamon, and a ladyfinger on the rim for a stylish touch.
