Kiwifruit Honey Glazed Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tbsp Streamland Multifloral Manuka Honey MGO50+ Gold kiwifruit flavored
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix Honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Brush mixture over pork chops.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook pork chops for 5-7 minutes per side, basting with remaining glaze.
  5. Serve with steamed vegetables or salad.
