Kiwifruit Honey Sorbet

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ripe kiwifruits, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Streamland Multifloral Manuka Honey MGO50+ gold kiwifruit flavored
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine kiwifruit, honey, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into a shallow container and freeze for 2 hours.
  3. Stir the mixture to break up ice crystals. Freeze for another 2 hours.
  4. Repeat stirring every hour until sorbet is firm.
  5. Scoop into bowls and serve.
