Passionfruit Honey Panna Cotta

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Streamland Multifloral Manuka Honey MGO50+ passionfruit flavored
  • 2 tsp gelatin powder
  • 3 tbsp cold water
  • Fresh passionfruit pulp (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, heat cream and milk over medium heat until warm.
  3. Stir in Honey until dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and add bloomed gelatin. Stir until completely dissolved.
  5. Pour mixture into molds or glasses. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Top with fresh passionfruit pulp before serving.
