Manuka Honey and Ginger Glazed Carrots

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g baby carrots
  • 2 tbsp Streamland Manuka Honey
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and cook carrots until tender. Drain.
  2. In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add ginger and stir lightly for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in Manuka Honey and cooked carrots.
  5. Cook until carrots are glazed and heated through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
